Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
On 5 August 2010, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that NORTHLAND WROUGHT IRON PRODUCTS LIMITED be liquidated and that Anthony Mark Morris, chartered accountant of Whangarei, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 6 August 2010.
