Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that following the filing of
a resolution as to solvency, NICOLL COONEY SOLICITORS NOMINEE COMPANY LIMITED on
30 July 2010 at 11.00am by entry in its minute book,
signed in accordance with section 106 of the Companies
Act 1993, passed a special resolution for the winding up
and liquidation of the company, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, and for the appointment of David Anthony Jessep, chartered accountant of Christchurch, as liquidator for that purpose.
The date and time of commencement of the liquidation
is the date and time of the said resolution, namely 30 July 2010 at 11.00am.
