Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 20 August 2010, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that FRANCOLI LIMITED be liquidated and that Colin Brian Wilson, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 20 August 2010.
