Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 255(2) of
the Companies Act 1993, that the shareholders have resolved to place NEWMARKET TYRE SERVICE LIMITED into liquidation and to appoint Bryan Edward Williams on
14 August 2010 at 3.44pm as liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidator fixes 17 September 2010 as the last day on or before which the creditors of the company can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
