Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that the above-named companies resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 10 August 2010 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidations commenced on 10 August 2010 at 5.00pm.
