Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that PROFEL LOGGING LIMITED
(in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Invercargill, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the
Companies Act 1993, on 9 August 2010 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 9 August 2010 at 10.12am.
