Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 and by the sole shareholder’s special resolution on 13 August 2010 at 12.17pm to liquidate the company, Kenneth David Trehearne was appointed as liquidator of the company.
The liquidator fixes 14 September 2010 as the final day by which creditors of the company are to make claims against the company and to establish any priority of such claims, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or otherwise.
