Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that on 10 August 2010 at 9.00am, a special resolution was passed by the shareholders stating that the company be wound up voluntarily and Karen Betty Mason and Jeffrey Philip Meltzer be appointed as liquidators.
A solvency certificate has been filed in accordance with section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators of WALLACE FLATS (2010) LIMITED (in liquidation) fix 17 September 2010 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
