Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Derek Ah Sam and Paul Vlasic, insolvency practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 4 August 2010 at the times stated below:
- QC CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (in liquidation) at 2.45pm.
- QC MANAGEMENT LIMITED (in liquidation) at 2.46pm.
- CARNELIAN MANAGEMENT LIMITED
(in liquidation) at 2.47pm.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
We fix 3 September 2010 as the date on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
