Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that JENNIAN HOMES OTAGO LIMITED
(in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of
the Companies Act 1993, on 6 August 2010 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 6 August 2010 at 3.00pm.
