Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that THE BAY CAFE LIMITED (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Dunedin, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 26 July 2010 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 26 July 2010 at 10.30am.
