The shareholders of SUMMER DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Gordon L. Hansen, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 29 July 2010 at 2.30pm.
Creditors of the company are to file their claims with the liquidator and to establish any priority their claims may have on or before 31 August 2010.
