John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountant, and
Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, both of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of WELLINGTON HIGHRISE MAINTENANCE LIMITED by the High Court, pursuant to section
241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 2 August 2010
at 10.34am.
We fix 30 September 2010 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
