Notice to Creditors to Claim
Rhys James Cain, insolvency practitioner, and Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountant, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of PROPHET INDUSTRIES LIMITED by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 2 August 2010 at 11.11am.
We fix 31 August 2010 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
