Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), Bruce Dring and James Fensom were appointed joint and several liquidators of WHOLESALE CARS DIRECT (WELLINGTON) LIMITED.
The liquidation commenced on Monday 2 August 2010 at 10.00am.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
It is not intended to call a meeting of creditors and shareholders, the directors having passed a resolution of solvency pursuant to section 243(8) of the Act.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
The liquidators fix 27 August 2010 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or from objecting to any distribution.
