Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993 ("the Act")
On 28 July 2010 at 6.35pm, the shareholders of the
above-named company passed a special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, stating that the company
be placed into liquidation and that Kevin John Gilligan, of Auckland, be appointed liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of the company fixes
25 August 2010 as the date by which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act.
