Stewart Allan Stanley, chartered accountant of Christchurch, hereby gives notice that he was appointed as liquidator
of BELVUE PAINT LIMITED on 29 July 2010 at 2.00pm, at which date and time the liquidation commenced, by
a special resolution of the members of BELVUE PAINT LIMITED.
The directors have signed a certificate, pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, certifying as to the company’s solvency and, accordingly, no creditors’ meeting is required to be called.
