Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the
above-named companies commenced on 27 July 2010, when the shareholders passed resolutions to appoint Grant Robert Graham and Brendon James Gibson joint and several liquidators, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, at the times stated:
- MACQUARIE TREASURY FINANCE (NZ) LIMITED at 1.00pm.
- MACQUARIE FUNDING NEW ZEALAND LIMITED at 1.15pm.
Certificates of solvency, pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, have been completed by the directors.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
The undersigned do hereby fix 20 August 2010 as the date on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
