Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Rhys James Cain, insolvency practitioner, and Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountant, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies
by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 27 July 2010 at the times stated:
- S.P.L. VENEERS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.00am.
- SOUTH PACIFIC LAMINATES LIMITED
(in liquidation) at 10.00am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
We fix 31 August 2010 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
