Notice to Creditors to Claim
Rhys James Cain, insolvency practitioner, and Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountant, were appointed joint and several liquidators of OTAGO/CENTRAL FENCING AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES LIMITED by the High Court at Dunedin, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 26 July 2010 at 10.27am.
We fix 31 August 2010 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
