Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
We, Stephen James Scott and Philip Brett Harre, chartered accountants of Feilding, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named companies by special resolutions of the shareholders on 23 July 2010 at 10.00am, the date and time that the liquidations commenced.
