Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that on 13 July 2010, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both insolvency practitioners, of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of BAY FOUNDATION* by an order of the High Court at Whangarei.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 27 August 2010 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named charitable trust are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
