Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that CENTRAL DISTRIBUTION SERVICES (2007) LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 4 July 2010 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 4 July 2010 at 7.12pm.
