Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Robert Laurie Merlo, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of BULLET LIMITED (in liquidation) on 12 July 2010 at 2.20pm.
The liquidator hereby fixes 20 August 2010 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are required to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
