Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Building Societies Act 1965
On 19 January 2010, the director of the SOUTH AFRICA
NEW ZEALAND BUILDING SOCIETY resolved:
"That the society would, on the appointment of a liquidator be able to pay its debts".
Notice is hereby given that on 19 January 2010 at 10.10am, it was resolved by special resolution of members, pursuant to section 118(3)(a) of the Building Societies Act 1965,
that SOUTH AFRICA NEW ZEALAND BUILDING SOCIETY be liquidated and that Digby John Noyce and Keith Mawdsley, insolvency practitioners of RES Corporate Services Limited, be appointed joint and several liquidators for that purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 26 February 2010 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named society are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
