Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
On 15 December 2009, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that TUFTON FARM LIMITED be liquidated and that John Falloon and Aaron Allred, chartered accountants, be appointed joint liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 15 December 2009 at 10.30am.
Creditors and shareholders may direct enquiries to the liquidators during normal business hours at the address and contact numbers stated below.
