Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 1 July 2010, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that GOLDEN HEIGHTS LIMITED be liquidated and that Peter Morris Wood, chartered accountant of Tauranga, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 1 July 2010.
