Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 25(1) of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 and Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993
David Stuart Vance, chartered accountant, and Vivien
Judith Madsen-Ries, insolvency specialist, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of the entities by the High Court at Wellington on the date and times below:

Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidators have fixed 9 August 2010 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit
of that distribution and those creditors may not object to
that distribution.
