Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 255(2) of
the Companies Act 1993, that the shareholders have resolved to place the companies into liquidation and to appoint Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, as liquidator for that purpose on the date and times shown below:
