Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Grant Edward Burns and Richard Dale Agnew, chartered accountants, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 30 June 2010 at the times stated:
- EASTFIELD SAWMILL LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.33am.
- FULL CYCLE (AVONDALE) LIMITED
(in liquidation) at 11.47am.
- JORLAND PROPERTIES LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.05am.
- NAPIER LANE LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.14am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
We fix 5 August 2010 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
