Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 29 June 2010 at 12.40pm, pursuant to section 241 of
the Companies Act 1993, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder that TONY TAY GROUP LIMITED be liquidated and that Christopher Robert Ross Horton be appointed liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 13 August 2010 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
