Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountant, and Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, both of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of the companies by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 28 June 2010 at the times stated:
- MCEWEN FINANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED
(in liquidation) at 10.35am.
- HRT LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.42am.
- ORMITA GLOBAL LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.06am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
We fix 30 August 2010 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
