Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Rhys James Cain, insolvency practitioner, and Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountant, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 28 June 2010 at the times stated:
- SHARP EDGE LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.37am.
- S V O ENTERPRISES LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.39am.
- OGDEN O'FEE LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.42am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
We fix 30 July 2010 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
