Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
David Murray Blanchett and Grant Edward Burns, chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 21 June 2010 at the times stated:
- EASTERN TRANSMISSION & INSTALLATIONS COMPANY LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.48am.
- PJ WYLIE LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.59am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
We fix 10 September 2010 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
