Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that GOLFSIDE LAKE WANAKA LIMITED
(in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Dunedin, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 8 June 2010 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 8 June 2010 at 10.10am.
