Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that FALCON RIDGE LIMITED (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Invercargill, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 10 June 2010 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 10 June 2010 at 2.28pm.
