Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, and
John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountant, both of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of HILLTOP RIDGE FARMS LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 17 June 2010 at 10.55am.
We fix 19 August 2010 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
