Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators
On 14 June 2010 at 3.35pm by order of the Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Stephen Kim Bennett and Timothy John Hoyle as liquidators of THE GREAT NZ WOOL COMPANY LIMITED (in liquidation) were removed as liquidators due to invalid appointment and Andrew John McKay and John Joseph Cregten, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators.
