Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Brian Mayo-Smith and Andrew James Bethell, chartered accountants, both of BDO Auckland, were appointed joint liquidators of the above-named companies by special resolutions of the shareholders on 18 June 2010 at 10.00am.
The directors of the above-named companies have signed certificates, under section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, stating that these companies are solvent.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies
Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that as joint liquidators of the
above-named companies, we fix 16 July 2010 as the day
on or before which the creditors of the companies are
to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
