Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 14 June 2010, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that GOODCALL INVESTMENTS LIMITED be liquidated and that Trevor James Croy, chartered accountant of Croys Limited, Level 2, 161 Burnett Street, Ashburton, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 14 June 2010.
