Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
We, Craig Gower and Brian Mayo-Smith, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed jointly as liquidators of the above-named company by a special resolution of the shareholders on 11 June 2010.
The liquidation commenced on 11 June 2010, being the date of our consent to our appointment.
The directors have signed a certificate, under section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, stating that the company is solvent.

Notice is hereby given that as joint liquidators of WAIHOU PROPERTIES LIMITED, we fix 2 July 2010 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993
(as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
