Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the companies commenced on 9 June 2010 when the creditors appointed Murray G. Allott, chartered accountant of Christchurch, as liquidator in accordance with section 241(2)(d) of the Companies Act 1993 by the passing of resolutions at
the watershed meeting, convened pursuant to Part 15A subpart 8 of the Companies Act 1993, at the times stated:

(in liquidation) at 11.20am.
- BATO MANAGEMENT NO 5 LIMITED
(in liquidation) at 11.21am.
- BATO MANAGEMENT SERVICES LIMITED
(in liquidation) at 11.28am.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Pursuant to Regulation 12(2) of the Companies Act 1993 Liquidation Regulations 1994
The liquidator hereby fixes 9 July 2010 as the last day for creditors of any of the above-named companies to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
Any enquiries by creditors or shareholders may be directed to the liquidator.
