Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the companies appointed Derek Ah Sam and Paul Vlasic, insolvency practitioners, jointly and severally as liquidators of the companies on 4 June 2010 at the times stated below:
- MASSEY PETS & AQUARIUM CENTRE LIMITED (in liquidation) at 12.30pm.
- RECYCLE AND COURIER LIMITED
(in liquidation) at 2.30pm.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
We fix 2 July 2010 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
