On 30 April 2010 at 10.00am, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company be put into liquidation and that Glen David Gernhoefer and Geoffrey Donald Campbell Walker, chartered accountants of Auckland,
be appointed joint and several liquidators of NYKCOOL
NEW ZEALAND LIMITED (in liquidation) for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 30 April 2010 at 10.00am.
The liquidators do hereby fix 15 July 2010 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
