Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act
On 11 May 2010 at 9.30am it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that PULSE PROPERTY LIMITED be liquidated and that Mark Philip Irving, chartered accountant of
New Plymouth, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 11 June 2010.
