Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountant, and Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, both of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of the companies by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 14 December 2009 at the times stated:
- RYKON INVESTMENTS LIMITED at 10.30am.
- KYRON INVESTMENTS LIMITED at 10.34am.
- NEFARIOUS LIMITED at 10.35am.
- 120 ORIENTAL PARADE LIMITED at 10.43am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
We fix 15 February 2010 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
