Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that FENCING FIRST LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 19 May 2010 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 19 May 2010 at 5.15pm.
