Vivien Judith Madsen-Ries and Henry David Levin, insolvency specialists, replaced Kenneth Peter Brown and Robert James Neilson, chartered accountants, as liquidators jointly and severally of TREVOR JONES DESIGN 2000 LIMITED (in liquidation) on 26 May 2010 at 4.00pm.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidators have fixed 30 June 2010 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit
of that distribution and those creditors may not object to
that distribution.
