Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 13 May 2010 it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that W M KANE LIMITED be liquidated and that Alan Raymond Macdonald, chartered accountant of Gore, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 13 May 2010 at 4.00pm.
