Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, and John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountant, both of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 20 May 2010 at the times stated:
- ENVIRONMENT FIRST LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.28am.
- DRAINAGE & SEPTIC TANK SOLUTIONS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.30am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
We fix 22 July 2010 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
